I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The value for money was unbeatable, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Velbert for a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my early arrival. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who even provided us with a wall plug for our USB chargers. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options including a waffle-making machine. The free car parking, although uncovered, was spacious and convenient.

In the evening in the corridor unbelievably loud, only after being asked was silence ensured. 30 minutes later, everything's fine. Must work by itself from my point of view.

The breakfast buffet is very extensive. It is constantly being added when something is running short. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The beds are firm and hard.

The parking fee of 7,50€ per day. I didn't know that from previous years. Hidden costs, because they are not visible when booking.

best western made our stay in velbert even better than our previous experience! the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to check in early with no extra charge. their customer service was exceptional and truly made a difference in our tiredness after a long trip.

Wifi was a hassle. had to go downstairs multiple times to try and fix it, and in the end, they had to move us to another room.

Great for families with a lovely park nearby to keep the kids entertained. A comfortable bed and modern bathroom with heated floors made our stay very relaxing. The helpful staff, especially one receptionist with excellent English, made us feel at home and provided valuable information for our stay.

No air conditioning in the rooms made for an uncomfortable night. Inconsistent wifi availability in the room was also a downside.

Internet would not work in our room went downstairs 3 times trying to sort it!.Not helpfull at all in the end they had to move us to another room . I was not happy with the way staff handled the compliant .When we was using the internet we had to put a new password in everytime to use it! That was so annoying and inconvenient .We booked this hotel for the spa that was no better out of the 4 things there was only 1 working not impressed with the hotel at all
